Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Japan and with the families of others, especially those from Australia, who have family members and friends missing.  We are also praying for the safety of the brave men and women who are searching for survivors and bodies.  

My opposition to nuclear power has also been vindicated by events in Japan.

PRIORITIES

A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove…but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.

Birthday Flowers

I had a birthday a week or so ago and thought I'd share with you some pics of the flowers I received from my lovely children and grandson.  The first three photos were taken on my birthday and the other three were taken a few days later as the gorgeous lilies came out (I should have moved the plastic bags though!).
